lets youth use their game bats in cage with thousands of contacts without cracking and lessoning of bats pop. I threw thousands of balls to my kid from dixie youth, highschool , and college. you can get 35 to 40 feet away and duplicate speeds that the best pitchers will throw at them at normal mound distances. I made my kids wear helmets in cage but feel a head contact by hitter or pitcher would have been survivable without one. Kids have to be thrown to extremely hard starting at age 9, or they will not be able to defend themselves with a hard batted ball.

We bought these for indoor practice in a gym. Leather covered balls burn the poly floor so I thought these would be perfect. They are not. They're too light and too bouncy. They are not close to a real baseball.

This ball is perfect for a kid just learning to catch and throw. A more accurate and realistic weight than a tennis ball, and a lot more safe than a real baseball.

This is a great indoor practice ball. It will not damage the floors of your gym. We pretty much do everything in practice with this baseball except for pitching. Not heavy enough and would be afraid to injure a player. Best indoor baseball available.

I coach 8 yr olds and most of them still struggle with catching...mostly because of fear. The Incrediball is great for helping them develop in this area. I just wish my local sporting goods store would carry them [...]. I felt it was a bit pricey, [...] Some of these boys better make it to at least high school ball! :-)

This is as close to an actual baseball you can get (weight, size, feel). This is the best baseball product on the market that allows some safety to the users.
